This high frequency welded pipe production line is used to produce round pipes of diameter Φ38mm-Φ63mm, square pipe: 30X30-50X50mm, rectangular pipe: 25X50-40X60mm, thickness 1.0-3.0mm. The material is cold and hot roll mild steel and galvanized roll mild steel plate (CR, HR & GI). The production line machinings are good quality and high precision assembly. The finished pipes can be used in the fields of metallurgy, construction, traffic, machinery and vehicle.
Structure: The double work station decoiler, it is manual rotary type and double work station manual harmomegathus. It contains two main parts: main body and the fixed base. The main body is equipped with expanding and contracting system, braking of the mandrels, one cone is working and the other is preparing, then turn 180°to work.

5.3 Two rollers delivery machine
It is mainly gantry type frame, the lower roller drive, equipped with guidance vertical rollers and horizontal material pressure rollers. It can deliver the after welded steel strips into the material collecting box, maintaining enough material in material accumulator.
5.4 Cage type accumulator
A continuous production process is ensured by accumulator, which bridges the standstill time in the strip preparation section during the welding of the coil ends. The structure is overall frame type, made of fixed frame, activity frame, and strip support rollers and tension rollers. It is adjustable freely based on the strips width.

5.5 Forming and sizing machine
This machine adopts roller type forming principle and high-frequency induction welding. The strip is fed into the forming machine by the feeding device in the mill and the forming roller continuously rotate and press the strip into the required shape.
Structure: forming section, sizing section, guiding device, squeezing rollers, outer scraping, water cooling, and turkey heads.
Feeding section: 1 level roll stand, 1 guiding side roll stand, 1 five-roll straighter.
Computer control flying saw is used for cutting tubes to length in the line. It is mainly consists of lathe bed, gears, rack cabinets, saw car, clamps, speed measurement system, driving system, electrical system, carrier rollers and so on.

5.7 Pipe Output conveyor and packaging machine
The pipe output conveyor consists of runway, reverser, and pipe bench.
Runway: is used for conveying the finished pipe from flying saw to the packaging machine.
Reverser: it is an auxiliary device, can achieve carrying the pipe from runway to the bench by its turnover mechanism.
Pipe bench: A carrier for temporarily storing steel pipes on it in order to leave times for packaging pipes.
Packaging machine:can be hydraulic or manual type.
