1、Introduction of ERW pipe mill
The high frequency straight seam welded pipe mill is used to level the fixed strip after slitting line, and entry it to the forming machine, bend to open pipe by roller, melt the strip edges through the high frequency current, squeeze and weld the pipe to be closed by the squeeze roll.The high frequency pipe mill is also called ERW pipe mill.Our products technology of full-automatic FFX HFW production line and multifunction 250mm-500mm directly formed square pipe line are among the highest in the industry.

4、Main composing equipment
The uncoiler of the structure is double expansion and cantilever mandrels. It contains two main parts: main body and the fixed base. The main body is manual expansion cones to satisfy the needs of expanding, one cone is working and the other is preparing, then turn 180°to work.
（2）Cutting & welding machine
Cutting & welding machine is used to cut the irregular ends of the strips and then connect the strips by welding.
（3）Storing machine: Horizontal spiral accumulator
To guarantee continuous production, the horizontal spiral accumulator stores certain amount of strip and leaves the time for cutting&welding machine to connect the strips. During the producing, the coil length inside the accumulator is constant. The device is convenient in installation and easy for operation free from reduplicative fold and strip deformation. The strip can be fed smoothly with small resistance without tensile deformation. Then the foming&sizing mill consumes lower energy and low wear for the coils and bearings which is good for high quality welding seam and yield output.
Forming&sizing mill adopts roller type forming principle and high-frequency induction welding. The strip is fed into the forming machine by the feeding device in the mill and the forming roller continuously rotate and press the strip into the required shape. Due to the skin and the kindred effect, the high-frequency current is concentrated on the weld joint that is heated rapidly and reaches the welding temperature. The tube seam is welded under the pressure of squeeze rollers. The finished welded tube with required size can be obtained after the cooling, sizing and primary straightening.
Flying saw is used to precisely cut the pipe to length automatically under the condition that the pipe continuously delivered from the mill at high speed.
